Product Registration
There is no need to register your products anymore for the limited lifetime warranty.
All customers will automatically receive our limited lifetime warranty, no need to register your products any longer, with the exception of the following.
Products which have a serial number which starts with a QD-xxxxxxxxx unfortunately do not come with any warranty, with the exclusion of the Dynamic LED 1 foot whips. Because these whips move slower than our other sizes, they may have an old serial number attached to them, but no worry you are still covered for life!
Products which do not have a serial number engraved on them at all only come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase (With proof of purchase)
Any and all LED strips & LED controllers which have been used or cut to size do not come with any warranty due to the sensitive nature of the electronics.
