We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the stated warranty period, subject to the terms and conditions provided in this Limited Warranty (our “Warranty”). The product specifications and applicable warranty periods for each of our products are specified on the corresponding product page.

• This limited lifetime warranty ("warranty") is given only to the original end-user / retail purchaser (referred to in this warranty as "original purchaser") of the accompanying product, consumables and accessories (collectively referred to in this warranty as "this product")
• If you purchased a product from someone other than an authorized Dynamic LED dealer in the United States or if the product was used (including but not limited to floor models or refurbished products by someone other than Dynamic LED) , prior to your purchase you are not the original purchaser and the product that you purchased is not covered by this warranty

What is covered:
• This product includes LED strips, bluetooth control modules and digital communicating circuits
• Except as otherwise provided herein, Dynamic LED warrants that our "Dynamic LED - WHIPS, BARS, CONTROLLERS, MIRRORS, ROCK LIGHTS, DOME LIGHTS, GANG SWITCHES and PODS" will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when used under normal conditions.
• This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in The United States. For products purchased in but used outside The United States, this warranty covers only warranty service within the United States (and it does not include shipping outside The United States).
 

What is the length of the warranty period:
• Only the Dynamic LED products titled "Dynamic LED - WHIPS, BARS, CONTROLLERS, MIRRORS, ROCK LIGHTS, DOME LIGHTS, GANG SWITCHES, and PODS" have a lifetime warranty with a valid photo of your receipt with the original purchase date.
 

What is NOT covered:
This warranty does NOT cover:
(1) Physical damage to the product;
(2) Whips / LED Bars that have been snapped/broken in half regardless of the situation;
(3) Damage caused by improper installation, improper or abnormal use, misuse, neglect or accident ( including but not limited to transporting this product without the proper preparation and/or Packaging) ;
(4) Damage caused by another device or LED product used in conjunction with this product ( including but not limited to damage resulting from use of non-Dynamic LED - brand parts and consumables and accessory items) ;
(5) Consumable and accessory items that expired in accordance with a rated life;
(6) Problems arising from other than defects in materials or workmanship;
(7) Using oversized flags on our Dynamic LED Whips (flags larger than 16" x 12")
(8) Having our Dynamic LED Whips installed on a vehicle which will be traveling at speeds of over 50MPH

 (9) Installing our whips are extreme angles causing them to excessively flex (More than a 45 degree angle to the ground)
 

This limited warranty is void if this product has been altered or modified in any way (including but not limited to attempted warranty repair without authorization from Dynamic LED and or alteration / removal of the serial number).
 

What to do if you think your product is eligible for warranty service:
Fill out a warranty claim for within the applicable warranty period. Supply Dynamic LED or Dynamic LED authorized dealers with a copy of your dated bill of sale showing that this product was purchased within the U.S. For the name of a local Dynamic LED authorized service center call 352-835-1170 or visit www.DynamicLEDcustoms.com
 

What Dynamic LED will ask you to do:
After contacting Dynamic LED or a Dynamic LED authorized dealer, you may be required to deliver (by hand if you prefer) or send product properly packaged and Freight prepaid, to our warehouse, together with a photocopy of your bill of sale. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, packaging product, and insurance (if you so desire). You are also responsible for loss or damage to this product in shipping.
 

What Dynamic LED will do:
If the problem reported concerning your product and\or accompanying consumable and accessory items is covered by this warranty and if you first reported the problem to Dynamic LED or an authorized dealer within the applicable warranty period, an authorized dealer will repair or replace the product and\or accompanying consumable and accessory items at no charge to you for parts. However, if the authorized dealership does not have that product in stock at the time or if you need us to send you the replacement product directly to your door than there will be a $15 fee plus surcharge. The decision as to whether to replace or repair the product and\or accompanying consumable and accessory items is made by Dynamic LED in its sole discretion. Dynamic LED reserves the right to supply a refurbished or remanufactured replacement product and\or accompanying consumable and accessory items and used refurbished parts provided such replacement products conform to the manufacturer's specifications for new product / parts.
 

The repair or replacement product and\or accompanying consumable and accessory items will be returned to you freight prepaid or made available for you to pick up at a conveniently-located authorized dealership.
 

If the product and\or accompanying consumable and accessory items are not covered by this warranty, you will be charged for shipping the product and/or accompanying consumable and accessory items back to you and charged for any service and\or replacement parts\products at Dynamic LED's then current published rates.
 

The foregoing are your sole (i.e. , only) and exclusive remedies under this warranty.
 

What happens when Dynamic LED elects to replace your product:
When a replacement product is authorized by Dynamic LED, Dynamic LED will package up your replacement product and ship the item within 48 hours of receiving a valid warranty claim form filled out properly. If your product only carries a one (1) year warranty, The replacement product you receive (even if refurbished or remanufactured) will be covered by the balance of the limited warranty, Remaining on the original product, plus an additional thirty (30) days. Your warranty does not start over when receiving a replacement product.
 

Warranty Claim Exemptions:

If your product is not registered in our system, you are defaulted to a 1 year manufactures warranty for your product. There is a manufactures date code on every product which is part of each products serial number. if you are filing a claim on a product which was manufactured 1 year and 1 day older the the product date code than you must provide us with proof of purchase for that product. If you cannot provide proof of purchase than you warranty claim may be denied.
 

Limitations:
Dynamic LED is not responsible for damage to or loss of any products, equipment, connectors or settings related to the use of this product. Except for the repair or replacement as described above, Dynamic LED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or specific relief. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

 This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, whether Express by affirmation, promise, description, drawing, model or sample. Any and all warranties other than this one, whether Express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed

• This limited warranty is the only warranty that Dynamic LED is giving for this product. It is the final expression and the exclusive and only statement of Dynamic LED's obligations to you. It replaces all other agreements and understandings that you may have with Dynamic LED or its representatives.
• This warranty gives you certain rights and you may also have other rights that may vary from state-to-state.

This limited warranty and Dynamic LED’s obligation to you may not be changed in any way unless you and Dynamic LED has written consent in which we (1) refer to this product and your bill of sale date, (2) describe the change to this warranty and (3) agreed to make that change.
 

Important: we recommend that you keep all original packaging materials, in the event that you need to ship this product. 

     In the event that the original purchaser wishes to make a claim under this Warranty, the original purchaser must fill out a Warranty Claim form. The customer agrees to promptly submit a completed claim form to us, including proof of date of purchase. After we’ve reviewed the claim, we will either instruct the customer to return the defective product to our offices or to another location, or we will send a representative to the location where the defective product is installed so we can inspect it if need be. Any failure to follow this procedure will void this Warranty.

     We reserve the right to examine and photograph the installation site and examine and test all products under claim of warranty to evaluate the root cause of the products failure and to consider whether the product was properly configured, wired, designed, installed and used; and to ultimately make a determination whether the product is covered under this Warranty. Dynamic LED LLC. reserves the right to perform destructive testing to diagnose any products returned pursuant to this Warranty. In the event that after destructive testing is performed, we determine that the claim is not within the terms and conditions of this Warranty, the destroyed products will be disposed of and can not be returned. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the claim is within the terms and conditions of this Warranty, Dynamic LED LLC. will, in our sole discretion, either repair the product, provide a replacement product, or a factory refurbished product. There are absolutely no returns on used electronics./ Dynamic LED LLC.  is not responsible for any other expenses resulting from a warranty claim, such as shipping, labor or other costs or expenses to remove, repair or install any defective, repaired or replaced product.

     Dynamic LED LLC. stands behind its products when they are used properly and according to the product specifications. By purchasing our products, you agree and acknowledge that lighting design, installation, and configuration is a complex undertaking and seemingly minor factors can have a significant impact on an entire system. Picking and installing the right components is essential, as is properly wiring your lights. We always work with our customers to recommend lights and controllers that fit the customer’s needs, however, you acknowledge that it is virtually impossible for Dynamic LED LLC. to design a system that foresees every unknown factor, UNLESS we are the ones who install the entire project from start to finish with our own recommended supplies. Because of this, our Warranty does not cover problems caused by improper design by the customer, configuration or installation issues. You agree and acknowledge that it is the customer’s responsibility to adhere strictly to all information contained in the product specifications and installation instructions.

We strongly recommend that our services be used in the design and installation of all lighting systems within capabilities of location. if not, than than we strongly recommend using a licensed professional.
