Our goal is for you to be Happy and excited about your LED products. If for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns of new, factory-sealed products for 30 days following the date on which they were delivered or purchased with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original factory-sealed packaging. Due to the safety-sensitive nature of electrical components, and because none of our customers want to receive an item that someone else has already used, any items that have been used or installed cannot be returned. After we have received and approved your return, we will issue a full credit through the initial payment method minus any shipping fees (if your order qualified for free shipping we’ll deduct the actual cost of packaging and shipping your order). If you'd like to return an item, please send us a message first and let us know.
NOTE: Altering any items voids our manufacturer defect warranty. (Altering includes, but is not limited to, cutting data wires between the whip and the controller (For LED Whip Lights), cutting products to be shorter, rewiring original wiring setup, changing pin configurations, or running over-sized flags (Flags larger than 16" x 12") Any signs of gouges, stress marks or impact scratches will void its' manufacturer defect warranty. Submerging products that are not directly IP68 rated voids its' manufacturer defect warranty. Our LEDs that are IP65 & IP67 do great in a rugged environments BUT full submersion in lakes, ponds, rivers, swamps, or any other type of liquid or mud voids the manufacturer defect warranty. Improper installation also voids it's warranty. Customizing and/or reprogramming our LED controllers voids warranty.
We stand behind our products. We put the highest level of attention to detail into the design, manufacturing and quality testing of our products. In the very unlikely event that one of our products is defective, we'll gladly repair or replace it under our best-in-class Warranty with the exact same item. Dynamic LED LLC. is not responsible for shipping and packaging costs to our warehouse for warranty or repair claims. If your product for some reason does not work right out of the package please ship the item back to us as well as a copy of the bill of sale and after a specialist inspects the item to make sure it is in an unused/brand new condition we will refund the cost of shipping to you ONLY with a valid receipt from UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We will not accept shipping receipts from any other shipping companies.
We have a great relationships with all of our freight carriers and we're always happy to assist with the claims process for any shipping damage or missing items. However, it is important that you report any damage or missing items to us right away, as most carriers have very short time-periods during which we can establish a claim. Because of this, any shipping damage or missing pieces must be reported to us within 3 business days of your receipt of the goods.
Any items that are built for you, or which are marked as special order, CAN NOT be cancelled, returned or refunded, since they are being produced just for you, and to your exact specifications. Any order which has item/items under the category "Custom Built" CAN NOT be cancelled or refunded once placed. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Any items that are marked as clearance or refurbished are sold as-is and CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.
